Primary biliary cirrhosis note

In some references for primary biliary cirrhosis, bilirubin point values are considered differently: 1 to 4 mg/dL equals 1 point, 4 to 10 mg/dL equals 2 points, and more than 10 mg/dL equals 3 points.
