Copyright and Takedown Policy

RPHprep respects intellectual property rights and is designed around original exam-preparation content. Users must not upload, request, share, or reproduce unauthorized copyrighted material, competitor prep content, actual exam questions, or recalled exam content.

Permitted source use

RPHprep may refer to public laws, standards, guidelines, official regulatory resources, and product information for educational study context, but student-facing explanations should be original and should not copy protected source passages unless RPHprep has a clear legal right to do so.

All trademarks, names, and references to examination bodies or regulatory organizations are used only for descriptive purposes. RPHprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by PEBC or any pharmacy regulatory authority.

Takedown process

If you believe content on RPHprep infringes copyright or another intellectual property right, contact RPHprep with the content location, your contact information, proof of ownership or authorization, and a description of the claimed infringement.

RPHprep may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing a credible claim. The review may include checking source history, authoring notes, reviewer records, and whether the content should be removed, rewritten, or restored.

Report a concern

Copyright, source, and exam-integrity concerns can be reported through support. Do not submit long copyrighted passages, actual exam content, recalled exam content, or patient identifiers in the report.
