Refunds are reviewed case by case for paid access.
Exam-cycle access is purchased once and does not renew automatically. Refund requests are documented and reviewed; Stripe remains the payment source of truth.
Refund review factors
RPHprep does not guarantee examination results, certification, licensure, employment, or any specific outcome. Refund decisions are based on billing and access context, not study results.
A refund is not automatic after content has been accessed. Copyright, integrity, or content-quality concerns can be reported through support and may be reviewed separately from billing remedies.

- Usage level and content access
- Duplicate charge or payment error
- Technical issue that prevented access
- Paid-access scope misunderstanding or goodwill situation
