Refunds are reviewed case by case for paid access.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled to stop future renewal. Refund requests are documented and reviewed; Stripe remains the payment source of truth.
RPHprep is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada or any pharmacy regulatory authority.
Refund review factors
RPHprep does not guarantee examination results, certification, licensure, employment, or any specific outcome. Refund decisions are based on billing and access context, not study results.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges. Copyright, integrity, or content-quality concerns can be reported through support and may be reviewed separately from billing remedies.

- Usage level and content access
- Duplicate charge or payment error
- Technical issue that prevented access
- Paid-access scope misunderstanding or goodwill situation
