Editorial Policy

RPHprep is committed to providing high-quality, clinically accurate, and original exam-preparation resources for Canadian pharmacy licensing candidates. Review our editorial guidelines, correction policies, and clinical governance below.

Editorial-Review Process

All RPHprep study notes, exam-style practice questions, and OSCE case checklists undergo a structured clinical review prior to publication. Materials are written and reviewed by licensed Canadian pharmacy professionals to ensure appropriate clinical context, clarity, and alignment with modern practice standards.

Content validation is guided by primary Canadian clinical references, standards, and regulatory guidelines, in this priority order:

  1. Current provincial laws, regulations, and college standards of practice.
  2. Health Canada monographs, clinical guidelines, and safety alerts.
  3. NAPRA professional competencies and schedules.
  4. Licensed Canadian reference resources and guideline libraries.

Clinical Reviewer & Credentials

RPHprep content is reviewed and validated under the clinical oversight of:

Our reviewer reviews materials for internal consistency, factual accuracy, and educational relevance. However, reviewer involvement does not replace each candidate's responsibility to verify current guidelines and official exam rules.

Correction & Content-Update Policy

Canadian clinical guidelines, drug product monographs, and provincial laws change frequently. RPHprep updates study notes and practice items regularly:

  • Law & Jurisprudence: Reviewed every 6 months, or immediately upon key regulatory changes.
  • High-Risk Therapeutics: Reviewed every 6 to 12 months.
  • Calculations & OSCE Cases: Reviewed every 12 months.

Every study note displays its medically reviewed date and version at the footer of the page. When corrections are reported by students or identified by our team, we follow a strict triage and version control system to deploy updates. High-risk clinical errors are prioritised for urgent correction.

How to Report an Error (Correction Process)

If you identify a potential clinical discrepancy, ambiguity in an MCQ, or a typographical error, please report it to our team. Provide the page, question ID (where applicable), and supporting references:
