Which PEBC exam should I choose first?
Choose the pathway that matches your current licensing step: Evaluating Exam if you are preparing for eligibility assessment, MCQ Part I if you are preparing for the written Qualifying Exam, or OSCE if you are preparing for station-based practice. If you are not sure, you can start with a free account and use the exam guidance before selecting a program.
Can I switch from EE to MCQ or OSCE later?
Yes. RPHprep is designed around selected exam pathways, and students may need to move from EE to MCQ or OSCE as their licensing journey changes. Paid content access remains tied to the active selected program or entitlement, so some switches may require an approved access change or a different paid bundle.
What is included in the free account?
A free account includes PEBC pathway guidance, dashboard access, demo notes, original sample questions, limited selected-program sample content, and mistake-review features where available. Full notes, larger QBank sets, mock exams, and OSCE libraries are gated until paid access is open and the required content-readiness checks are met.
When will paid content open?
Paid content will open only after reviewed content inventory, Stripe checkout, refund/cancellation flows, support operations, and server-side access gating are validated. RPHprep will not enable paid checkout just to collect payment before the paid-access experience is ready.
How are questions reviewed?
Practice questions are intended to be original RPHprep items that move through drafting, review, approval, publishing, and periodic review. Published questions should include explanations and metadata such as exam tag, topic, difficulty, reviewer, version, and last-reviewed date where applicable.
Do you cover Canadian pharmacy law and ethics?
Canadian pharmacy law and ethics are planned as part of the exam-preparation scope, with province-specific caveats where needed. The content is educational only and should be checked against current Canadian laws, standards, guidelines, and official regulatory resources.
Do you support international pharmacy graduates?
Yes. RPHprep is built for Canadian pharmacy licensing exam preparation and is especially relevant to candidates navigating EE, MCQ, and OSCE pathways. It does not replace official PEBC guidance, regulatory instructions, credentialing advice, immigration advice, or legal advice.
Is there a mobile-friendly version?
Yes. The public pages and student study surfaces are built as responsive web pages for phones, tablets, and desktops. A native mobile app is not part of the MVP; mobile improvements will start with the web experience first.
Is RPHprep official PEBC material?
No. RPHprep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by PEBC or any pharmacy regulatory authority.
Will RPHprep include real exam questions?
No. RPHprep must use original practice questions only. Actual, recalled, copied, or competitor questions are not allowed.
Does RPHprep guarantee passing?
No. The product is for educational exam preparation and cannot guarantee outcomes.
When will AI tutoring be added?
Only after reviewed content, analytics, retrieval controls, and safety guardrails exist.
Can I pay for access now?
Free account access and public samples are live. Paid checkout stays gated unless Stripe prices are configured and paid-access readiness evidence is available.
Are free sample questions live?
Yes. RPHprep provides a small original public sample at /free-pebc-practice-questions. The sample is educational and is not actual, recalled, official, or copied exam content.
Will I receive marketing emails after signup?
Only if you choose the optional marketing consent checkbox. Account, password reset, security, billing, or support messages are treated separately from promotional email.
Do you publish testimonials?
Only real, approved testimonials may be published. RPHprep will not invent testimonials or publish claims that imply guaranteed passing, official PEBC approval, or unsupported outcomes.
Will referral codes or coupons be available?
A founding referral and coupon plan is documented, but rewards must be disclosed clearly and will not launch until Stripe, compliance, and operational readiness are validated.
How do support, refunds, and feedback work?
Support, refund requests, content issue reports, and product feedback are captured through operational queues so the team can triage and document decisions clearly.
Is this medical or legal advice?
No. RPHprep provides educational exam-preparation content only and is not a substitute for professional judgment or current official resources.
RPHprep is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada or any pharmacy regulatory authority.
