These terms describe how RPHprep may be used for independent exam preparation. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified Canadian lawyer before public paid launch.
Independent educational service
RPHprep provides independent educational exam-preparation content for Canadian pharmacy licensing candidates. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, or official examination guidance.
RPHprep is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada or any pharmacy regulatory authority.
Accounts, access, and payments
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using RPHprep only for individual study. Paid access, if enabled, is subject to the subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown before checkout and in the refund policy.
Payment card details are processed by Stripe or another compliant payment processor. RPHprep should not store full payment card numbers.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload, request, share, or distribute confidential assessment content, actual or recalled exam questions, competitor content, unauthorized copyrighted material, real patient information, or content intended to facilitate cheating or academic misconduct.
RPHprep may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, academic integrity expectations, copyright rules, or platform safety boundaries.

No guarantee
RPHprep does not guarantee examination results, certification, licensure, employment, or any specific outcome. Users remain responsible for verifying information against official resources, current laws, standards, product monographs, and professional guidance.
