Calculation details and notes
The MDRD eGFR value is normalized to 1.73 m2. Race factors are not included.
eGFR values calculated using MDRD or CKD-EPI equations should not be used interchangeably with Cockcroft-Gault creatinine clearance values for drug dosage calculation or adjustment.
