Practice routine that transfers

1. Write the target unit before touching the calculator.
2. List knowns and convert units first.
3. Show one complete setup.
4. Estimate whether the answer is reasonable.
5. Log the miss type: conversion, setup, arithmetic, or misread stem.

Weekly mix suggestion

• 2 sessions: dose/quantity and unit conversions
• 1 session: infusion rates
• 1 session: CrCl or renal-related setups
• 1 session: compounding/dilution/alligation
• 1 short timed mixed set at week’s end
